HERMAN CAIN: DID HE OR DIDN'T HE?

One of the big headlines in recent weeks has been the Herman Cain sexual harassment case. I haven't really been following the case that closely because I could really care less about it since, to me, it seems like nothing but a smear campaign on this GOP Presidential candidate, or is it?

Yesterday, Herman Cain stated that all accusations saying he committed sexual harassment are "baseless," since a second woman went public about claims that led his former employer to pay her a settlement more than a decade ago.
In a recent news conference, Caine told reporters that he did not even recognize the woman who came forward on Monday with some more sexual misconduct allegations, Sharon Bialek. He went on to say that her claims saying that he groped her in a car while she tried to ask for help finding a job in 1997 "simply did not happen."

According to Cain, the allegations from Miss Bialek and three other women were planted by critics who don't want him to win the Republican nomination for President. He vowed this would not derail his campaign and he would remain in the race. Herman Cain could be telling the truth here because isn't it odd that these women happened to coincidentally come forward when Cain's popularity started to rise? Seriously, would they have come out of the woodwork if Cain was down in the polls? Just curious. Plus, look at the years that these occurences supposedly happened. They waited this long to come forward about a sexual harassment lawsuit? Wouldn't it make more sense to go after the sucker right away?

When it comes to sexual harassment, it gives me the douche chills to even hear those stories, and if he did indeed perform these acts, then I can't see myself supporting him. Then again, didn't we have a President that got a blow job from an intern while in the Oval Office? I say the past is in the past. It's not like he went to jail for being a sexual deviant or anything. I could see if this happened recently, then fine, this guy shouldn't be running! These are all just accusations! Leave the guy alone and just let The People make their own decisions on whether to vote for this guy rather than smear his campaign!
