ANOTHER SICK STORY! WHO DO YOU BELIEVE HERE?

I've been reading and writing a lot about these high school cases, and each story about these high school students keeps getting worse! I don't ever remember high school ever being this bad. Here's a story out of Fontana, California, where a teenager had to appear in court for allegedly sodomizing two students in separate incidents. After the teens sentence, there is footage of him crying "get me out of here" as he was led away from his family by bailiffs.

What did he do? I'm happy you asked! 18-year-old, Fernando Salgado (pictured above), was one of four students at A.B. Miller High School, in Fontana, California, who were arrested in the attempted sodomy of another student with a steel rebar while the other three students, who were all minors, held the boy down and removed his pants. Okay, what would possess anyone, child or not, to do something as atrocious as this?
Steel Rebar
In another incident that took place on June 14, three students allegedly held down another boy while Salgado attempted to sodomize him with a wooden broom handle. It sounds to me young Fernando seems to have a fetish that will be quickly remedied during his stay in prison! Only he will be getting a "Rusty Trombone" rather than a steel rebar or a wooden broom handle. Salgado pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of sexual penetration and false imprisonment while sobbing in front of his family.

The alleged incidents both took place in the same summer school masonry class taught by Emmanuel Delarosa, who was originally arrested and charged with child cruelty after he was accused of knowing about the hazing and supposedly ordered one of the attacks. One former student came forward and said that hazing were common in Delarosa's classes. After further investigation, Delarosa was charged with two counts of felony attempted sexual penetration by a foreign object on a minor over 14 and two counts of felony false imprisonment by violence. If convicted, Salgado and Delarosa can face a pretty hefty prison sentence and would also be required to register as sex offenders wherever they go.

Delarosa posted $100,000 bail and was released until his July 7 arraignment, while Salgado's bail was set at $300,000, and had apparently been posted as well. He's due to return to court on July 9. I don't know about you, but it sure sounds like they committed the crime. So, why is their friends and family acting like that didn't do anything wrong? Is there surveillance footage? Where's the proof that this actually happened? The only reason why I say that it did happen is because it happened on two separate occasions, but it was the same crime. Only two different weapons were used for the sodomy. What do you think? Did they do it or didn't they?

FACE OF ANOTHER MONSTER

Okay, after you read this you may want to find this girl and physically harm her with your own bare hands! I mean, I've read some really sick stuff that made me angry, and this may rank up there with one of the worst!

It turns out; Kellie Park, a Connecticut mom was arrested after she allegedly sent video footage of herself tormenting and physically abusing her 10-month-old daughter to the baby's father while he was at work on Tuesday. Park's mother claims that her daughter is bi-polar and has not taken her meds in three years.

According to the police, 20-year-old Park is seen taking the infant from a high chair, putting her in a portable crib and shaking the crib until the baby fell out. The mother of two is reportedly heard telling her screaming baby to "eat stuff off the floor!" While adding, "This is what your dad wants to make me do!" This is why you don't allow everyone to have a baby! I think the government should make people take a test before they procreate! This is ridiculous!

In another video, Park asked the infant if she was hungry while chucking food at her. Police claim that Park also sent a series of disturbing text messages to the infant's dad, Erick Vece, daring him to call authorities. According to reports, the texts read, "I'll break the baby's face!" and "I love abusing your kid!" Vece immediately called police after receiving the disturbing messages.

Oh, and by the way, Park was hospitalized earlier that day for an alleged suicide attempt. She fled after she was released but was tracked down in New Haven by federal marshals and Connecticut police officers. The Officers were unaware of the abuse at the time of her hospitalization.

The infant is now in custody of her maternal grandmother, who is also trying to get custody of Park's 2-year-old, as well. Park faces assault charges, risk of injury to a child, cruelty to persons and second-degree threatening. She appears in court on July 11. Hopefully, they throw the book at this psycho! Who treats a helpless infant like that? The baby had to chance to fight back at all! This girl deserves to be punished and then some! Bi-Polar or not, she's still responsible for her actions. Besides, why would she be off her meds for three years? Did she miraculously get better? I say lock her up and throw away the key! Someone like this is simply a monster!

GOD, I LOVE THIS STORY!

After writing about how those kids desecrated the September 11 Memorial last week by throwing trash into the reflecting pool, here comes a story about discipline and a teacher who did something to a kid showing him no respect! I love it! Some of you might say that it's not his place to discipline, but if the kid's parents won't discipline him, then you're damn right it's his place!

So, when Diane John received a phone call from her son's school saying that he'd gotten into a fight with a teacher, she thought it was a joke and insisted her son's done nothing wrong until she got a call from a local newspaper regarding the melee. John gasped in horror when she saw the shocking video footage if what really happened to her son, 15-year-old Kristoff John, during the March 6 incident at school.

The video shows the scrawny 15-year-old taking a severe beating from a much larger teacher at the George Westinghouse Career and Technical Education High School in Brooklyn. It also shows the hulking shop teacher and security dean Stephan Hudson grabbing the boy by his arm, throwing him to the ground and bashing him twice against the table. At the end of the fight, the boy was apprehended by school police.

According to John, the school told her that her son was being the aggressor in the 'little incident' with a teacher, and was told that the school was being generous by not punishing the boy. Then she was shown the video and now she is furious and wants answers. The 15-year-old said that the attack left his back sore for several days. He feared for his life and was surprised that the teacher had hit him. Since the attack the boy has transferred to a new school. The teacher in question, the school's principal, and the Education Department are keeping mum about the whole situation and haven't spoken out about it all.
According to the boy, the scuffle began on a morning when he was running late for class. When he swiped his security card at the school entrance, it didn't work and he tried to push through. The nearly 300-pound Hudson grabbed the young man by the arm to stop him, and when the boy yanked his arm away, Hudson grabbed him again and brutally threw him to the floor, before dragging him across a table and wrestling him to the ground. Horrified students began to gather in a crowd and three school safety agents arrived and also tackled the boy while Hudson walked away.

Okay, now that we've heard the kids side of the story, and I've viewed the footage. The kid took as swing at the teacher first after the teacher grabbed his arm. I'm sorry! Is that okay? When I was in High School I never would've thought to take a swing at a teacher no matter how much I hated them. It's called Respect! Do I think the teacher's beating was a little much? Yes! But I am happy to see it happen because kids today have no respect thanks to parents who don't discipline like they used to. Take a look at the video and let me know who's at fault here.....

9/11 MEMORIAL TRASHED

I know that I'm a day late on this story, but I just can't get over the stupidity of some kids today. Eleven years ago, one of the most tragic events happened on our home soil. Last year, a memorial was opened to remember that tragic day, and some Brooklyn Junior High School students chose to desecrate it throwing trash into the sacred fountain because they were bored. Are you kidding me? As someone who lost a family member in the Towers, those kids deserve a severe punishment.

It turns out; on a school trip to the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, these Brooklyn students were kicked out of the hallowed site after they callously hurled trash into the Memorial's fountain. The vandals, who were said to be from Junior High School 292 in East New York, treated the memorial and its reflecting pools, honoring the nearly 3000 people killed in the terror attacks, like a garbage dump. Witnesses saw the kids throwing baseballs, empty plastic soda bottles, among other refuse into the water last Thursday. One student on the trip stated that the kids were making jokes and throwing things into the fountain like it wasn't a big deal.

Department of Education officials have launched an investigation into the shenanigans. Tourists who visited the site over the weekend were disgusted by the antics. One school teacher was quoted as saying, "This is an absolute disgrace. I don't care if these children were too young to remember the events of that day. They need to be taught to be respectful!" Even fellow students were embarrassed and offended. Another unidentified student said, "No one was disrespecting. It wasn't nothing like that. No one was being serious. Everyone was kind of bored and it was just something to do." Well, if they wanted something to do, they should've picked up an English text book and learned how to use the English language correctly for starters! He speaks like that? It wasn't nothing like that?

Now, that you know that story, here's what I have to say! This was absolutely disgusting! These kids were disrespectful and deserve a severe punishment for acting like animals. Whether it's the 9/11 Memorial or the Vietnam Vet War Memorial or any memorial for that matter, they are there for a reason! They are there for us to remember! Have some respect! You can't just blame these kids; you can blame their parents too! A good kid with knowledge about what happened that day would never have disrespected the Memorial like that. I'm still blown away that it even happened and would love to see the punishment these kids get!

CANCUN RIP-OFF AGAIN.....

The last time that I blogged about Cancun, Mexico, I wrote about how much we got ripped off. Well, I had to go back down there again for a few days, and this experience was no different! Only this time it wasn't the locals that ripped us off. We felt that it was the resort itself! For those of you reading this and saying, "Oh, poor Tim! He got to go to Mexico!" Trust me, you were better off here. First the weather ruined our 5 days there because it poured 3 out of the 5 days; leaving us nothing to do but stay inside the resort and drink, and for someone like me who doesn't drink....Not fun!

Anyway, let's start at the beginning! So, we arrived in Cancun, and looked for our shuttle bus that was to transfer us from the airport to the hotel, which we paid for (roundtrip) in advance. I'll remind you about that later. We finally find our shuttle and get to our destination, Cancun Palace in the Hotel Zone. It looked nice from the outside, but you can tell there were renovations being done. Our luggage was taken from the bus and we were given a ticket and told that our luggage will be waiting in our room. When we went through the paperwork at the front desk, we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for an hour. What? So, then a concierge grabbed us, sat us down, and asked us what we like to do. At first, I thought she was trying to hook us up with excursions while we were there. Nope! First she explained that since we were there for 4 nights, we were allotted $750 in Resort credits to use towards excursions, spa, shopping, or a romantic lobster dinner. Then she proceeded to bully us into making an appointment to meet her for breakfast, so she can talk to us about vacation packages. Sound familiar? I told her we already owned a timeshare, and weren't interested, but she was not taking no for an answer.

After finally saying yes to the begging sales rep, we asked about our room and were told another half hour. Okay, we're off to a bad start now, and New York came out of me as I got loud with the front desk guy. I just wanted to go up to our room and rest. We were already annoyed with the sales pitch we received. I walked away before I did anything stupid. A half-hour later, we finally got our room key and would you believe it? They gave us room "666"! Yup! Thank you, Cancun Palace! I have to say though; the room was immaculate with a great view and a Jacuzzi right next to the bed in front of the flat screen TV. So, they seemed to have made up for the hour and a half wait for our room. While we waited for our luggage to arrive, we dozed off for a couple hours only to realize that our luggage had never come. I went down to the bell hops and they told me it was delivered. I told them that it wasn't and they asked if I was sure. I'm ready to kill now, but I remained calm and said that I was sure! One of them followed me up to the room, so I can show them. Our suitcase was lost on the resort somewhere! Great! All of the bell hops went on a search of every room in the resort. We know because we heard the walkie talkies going off like crazy. After about an hour search, we finally got our luggage! Thank God we had a lock on it! They found it in another room 3 floors below us. Not off to a good start!

As the week went on, we dealt with nasty cooks in the restaurants, thin walls where you can hear kids screaming at 7 am, and drunken kids yelling and puking in the hallway in the middle of the night. We got no sleep whatsoever. When we did want to hang out at one of the resort bars at night, there was only one and it was filled with 18 year old kids, which kind of made it feel like a high school dance. How can an all-inclusive not have a bar open for the adults? The amenities at Cancun Palace were horrible. Oh, by the way, their spas were set up in hotel room on the third floor. Talk about makeshift! We heard the reason for all this temporary stuff was because Cancun Palace was becoming the Hard Rock Hotel in August. Well, that explains a lot! They didn't care anymore and it seemed like the workers were pretty much mailing it in. Unfortunately, for us, we were there during the transition stage!

Before I finish blowing off steam about our miserable stay at Cancun Palace, I have to tell you about what we spent our $750 Resort credits on. We took an excursion to the other Mayan ruins that we missed last time called Tulum. What a rip-off that was! Everywhere we turned they were trying to get money from us there. The good thing about the trip was that we were able to get off the resort. Other than that Chichen Itza was way better! Then we used the remaining credits on the romantic lobster dinner for two, which only turned out to be a lobster tail and a few shrimp. What a letdown!

On the day that we left, we scheduled a 6:30 pickup, which we paid for in advance, but were late for because there was one front desk person helping another couple checking out, so the transfer to the airport left without us. We were told that they waited 10 minutes for us, so they left. Last I checked, we paid in advance for the service, so they needed to wait as long as it took us, right? Well, they didn't see it that way, and we were forced to take a taxi that we needed to pay for again. Shouldn't the resort have picked up the tab on that since we already paid through them for a roundtrip to and from the resort? This was unbelievable! Needless, to say, we did get one day of sun in. The event we were there for was amazing! If you ask me if I will be going to Cancun ever again? I will have to answer with a big fat NO! There's so much more to tell, but I feel like I've already wasted your time rambling about this crappy resort! It doesn't matter to them, though! Come August, they're a brand new resort!

TOO MUCH CLEAVAGE TO FLY SOUTHWEST

Yes, the Roger Clemens story might be bigger than these two fun bags, but I did promise to blog about this story yesterday. So, it turns out; Southwest Airlines finds themselves in hot water, once again! Last time, it was because they told a woman that she needed to buy a second seat because she was too fat to fit into one. This time, they were forced to apologize to a woman who was told that she couldn't board her flight because cleavage was allegedly 'inappropriate.' Who was she Pamela Anderson? The picture above is supposedly of the woman in question, and I have to say that's not 'inappropriate'. It's gross! Can you imagine those things shaking during some turbulence? Either way, that's no reason to kick someone off of a plane. Besides, she probably would've covered up with a blanket because the plane was too cold.

Anyway, the woman, who wanted to be known by her first name Avital, was boarding a 6 a.m. flight from Las Vegas to New York back on June 5 when a ticketing agent remarked that she couldn't fly unless she covered her breasts. She was dressed in a comfortable cotton dress, a baggy flannel shirt, and a bright scarf. Avital thought it was a joke, so she ignored the warning and boarded the plane anyway. She stated, "The plane didn't fall out the sky...my cleavage did not interfere with the plane's ability to function properly."

Avital took to a travel blog slamming Southwest Airlines for what she called 'slut slamming,' and said that a man on her flight was wearing a t-shirt with an actual Trojan condom embedded behind a clear plastic on his chest, but he wasn't hassled at all. To be honest, why should he be? He was promoting safe sex. What she was promoting was sloppy big boobs! Or maybe she was promoting Jell-O.....Think about that one!

Regardless, Southwest Airlines issued an apology to Avital and offered her a full refund for her troubles. A Southwest spokesperson said that company policy allows agents to turn away passengers they deem dressed inappropriately. All boob jokes aside, if I had to sit next to Avital, I probably would've found it distracting too, but how hard was it to just button up the flannel shirt? And besides, who goes out dressed like that not wanting attention? Well, if that's what she wanted, she certainly got it and a free flight from Vegas to New York! It doesn't seem like a dumb move after all!
