ATTACK OF THE TOE SUCKER

Having a bit of a foot fetish myself, I thought this story was hilarious, but even I, felt it was extremely disturbing! So, it turns out; a college janitor offered a female high school student "as much money as she wanted" to allow him to suck on her toes. The perverse incident led to the janitor's firing. Yes, the man to the left was that janitor, 29-year-old; Harley Joseph, and now you know why this story is so disturbing!

Joseph, a maintenance man at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, Queens, was fired back in February after he offered the high school girl as much cash as she wanted to satisfy his foot fetish. The victim, who was a student at Middle College High School on the LaGuardia campus, first approached the high school girl back in November of last year and asked her for a lunch date. The girl refused and wasn't really bothered by the creepy maintenance man again until last February, when he cornered her on a campus patio and asked her if she had 'nice feet'. Then he offered the girl $100 to "allow him to suck (her) toes". When she refused, Joseph took out his wallet and offered her as much money as she wanted. When that offer was declined, Joseph then offered to take the girl to an ATM, where he would withdraw even more cash for her. Again, she said "no", and Joseph turned violent, grabbing the girl by the wrist and led her to a place where no one could see them. The girl broke away and reported the incident o authorities. 

Joseph began working at LaGuardia in June 2008 and was hired by a private contractor. The contractor claims that they do conduct background checks, but it wasn't confirmed if Joseph got one. To be brutally honest, I feel that, though, what he asked was creepy; he really did nothing wrong until he violently grabbed the girl. Asking her on a date wasn't out of the ordinary. Then again, she was a high school girl. Okay, I take it back. This whole story is pretty disgusting and so is that picture above of the pervert!
