MICROWAVABLE KITTY

Okay, I know that my culture is stereotyped to eat cats and dogs, and that may be true in the motherland. Here in America, we don't do it. It's just a stereotype. I can't say the same for a couple of Maine teenagers who tried to nuke their kitty and by the looks of this photo, not Asian! 

That's right! A pair of Maine teenagers are facing animal cruelty charges after they tossed an 8-week-old kitten in a microwave and turned it on. South Portland police tracked down the two 15-year-old girls on Monday, after a video of the vicious act surfaced on Twitter last week. The footage shows one girl placing the tiny, white and gray kitten in the microwave and apparently turning it on before the video cuts to another girl opening the door to let the cat out. These girls are absolutely sick! Who the hell does that? 

 

Although, some comments suggested the clip may be a hoax, investigators believe the video was real, but police still aren't sure how long the kitten was inside the microwave. The girls were not identified because they're juveniles, but they were issued summonses and the kitten was handed over to a local shelter, the Animal Refuge League, where the kitten, who was renamed Miracle at the shelter, will be up for adoption after she is spayed.

The case was handed over to the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office, which will determine the charges against the dumb teenagers. Personally, I think these teens need to be taught a lesson. Once again, these actions are the makings of a serial killer. Anyone who hurts a helpless animal will be willing to hurt anyone. To me, that's just experimentation whether it is done with a microwave or any other device that can kill someone. This is absolutely sick!
