NOW THIS IS MY KIND OF REAL ESTATE AGENT!

This story came out a couple of weeks ago, but a friend just told me about it last week and it is awesome! We were discussing how the ethics of real estate agents up in North Jersey are different than the code of ethics in South Jersey. Now, I'm not going to pass judgment, but this story makes North Jersey real estate agents look pretty bad....Or should I say, pretty smart!

You see, a real estate agent from Wayne, NJ is being sued for purposely keeping buyers away from a Wayne home so he could use it for his "sexual escapades," which was caught on hidden cameras. Are you laughing your ass off yet? A lawsuit filed by a Denville, NJ couple is claiming that former Coldwell Banker agent Robert Lindsay used the house, which he was hired to sell, for a series of 10 sexcapades with fellow agent Jeannemarie Phelan from the period of December 27, 2011 to January 23, 2012. The couple claims that Lindsay intentionally listed the home above market value to keep buyers away.

Video footage of all 10 visits was captured on security cameras and show Lindsay and Phelan banging away. Am I the only one who would love to see this video footage? I need proof! Anyway, during the last encounter on January 23, the owner of the home saw the couple on a live feed and called police. When officers arrived at the house, they walked in on Lindsay pulling up his pants and he told them that he was preparing for an open house.

According to Coldwell Banker, they ceased any affiliation with both agents after learning of the sexcapades. The homeowners are seeking compensatory damages for invasion of privacy, infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, trespass of land and other civil counts. No word yet on whether Lindsay and Phelan will be losing their real estate licenses, but I'm sure that is in their futures. What also was not disclosed was whether or not, Lindsay or Phelan were married and that this was an extra-marital affair, in which case this story could've have ruined both marriages. I mean if you seriously had to use a house you were selling to have sex, you were obviously hiding something, so my guess is that this was extra-marital. One other thing; if you were going to pull something shady like this, wouldn't you check for cameras first? Just wondering. Unless they meant to get caught? Either way, Lindsay looks like a sleazebag, but Phelan? She wasn't bad looking. I still need to see proof if this actually happened!
