THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY

Okay, you wanted more teacher-student stories? I have more for you; only this is one with an interesting ending. So, a Colorado teacher was busted for kissing a 17-year-old boy and sending a nude photo of herself to other high school boys, but is said to not have committed any crimes. She did however violate the school board's policies. 

31-year-old Larisa Oringdulph admitted to police that she kissed a boy outside the gym at South High School, where she worked, after Pueblo police found photos last month of her wearing only underwear that she sent to several teens. The police did not pursue charges against Oringdulph because the boys were older than 17, which is the state's age of consent. Oh, well!

Not so fast! A copy of the school board's policy says that "staff may not communicate with students through personal social media platforms or by texting without prior authorization from an administrator." Oringdulph did resign from her post, but it wasn't clear if the state's Department of Education was notified about the ethics violation. A rep for the department never confirmed if an investigation had been launched, but they did clarify that it does take a long while before a teacher can lose his or her license. 

I have to say that after writing about so many of these stories, I always said that as long as they were 17-years-old and these boys consented to the sexual relations, then the teacher is not at fault. The only violation that I think she committed was that she kissed the boy on school grounds. I think what they do off the school grounds is all personal and they should not be penalized for that. How can you blame a 30-year-old woman for wanting young meat? Or a young guy wanting a woman who is more experienced? That's all I see here. Maybe sending naked photos of herself to other students was a little much too, but I really see no other wrong here. 

WHAT'S WITH THESE HIGH SCHOOL COACHES?

What a way to end the week! I get it to end it with my favorite topic! High school teachers who bang their students! Yesterday, I wrote about a basketball coach who was fired for posting an incriminating vacation photo of her boyfriend grabbing her boob on Facebook. Wrongful firing, by the way. 

Today, I write about a Pennsylvania cheerleading coach who's been busted for banging a student. 27-year-old Nicole Kurowski is being accused of having sex with the unnamed 17-year-old several times during school hours at Tulpehocken High School in Bernville, PA, over the past year. An investigation began after school officials got a tip the two were sexually involved. According to police, the two spoke daily and exchanged explicit text messages. How about who cares? So, they were boyfriend and girlfriend. They had a consensual relationship. Is that really against the law? Is that really grounds for firing? The boy was 17-year-old and in most states, you're considered an adult. If he's old enough to drive, then he's old enough to make adult decisions.

The couple were careful enough not to get caught, meeting for some trysts in an inconspicuous area near a nursing home. That's the best part! Kurowski was charged with institutional sexual assault and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail. She worked at the school for two years and taught physical education, in addition to serving as a cheerleading coach. 

I say, who the hell cares that a 27-year-old had a relationship with a 17-year-old. To me, it sounds like it was consensual and whoever reported it to authorities, it sounds like there was a twinge of jealousy involved. I mean sex with students seems to be happening all the time, since the beginning of time. You can't stop it from happening. You have to give Kurowski credit for at least not doing it on school grounds, which most teachers get busted for doing. I don't feel she should have been arrested, unless the boy pressed charged saying she raped him because like I said earlier, it sounds like they were having a legitimate relationship. He just happened to be 17. Ah, to be 17 again!

90 DAYS FOR SEX WITH A 17 YEAR-OLD

Apparently, your favorite blogs to read seem to be the steamy sex ones regarding older women and teen boys. Well, that's what my stats on this blog are saying anyway. Today, you're in luck! By the way, let me state again, that this scenario seems to be happening a lot lately. Where were these teachers when we were young? Then again, have you seen these high school teachers lately? They're also not the haggard old bags that we used to have. Apologies to any of my past high school teachers whom are reading this post right now. 

Anyway, it turns out, a Kentucky high school teacher, who was forced to resign after having sex with a student, will spend 90 days in jail for her illicit affair. 33-year-old, Andrea Conners admitted to having a sexual affair with a 17-year-old student at Highlands High School numerous times between October 1 and November 30 of 2011. Conners, a married mother of two, pleaded guilty to one count of sexual abuse in June and received a five-year sentence. She allegedly had sex with the boy many times in classrooms on the school's campus and at the teen's home. What? Where were his parents? That is kind of hot, though! 

By pleading guilty, neither she nor the student had to testify in front of a court. She'll only have to serve 90 days in the Campbell County Detention Center, but will be on probation for the remainder of the sentence. She will also have to register as a sex offender for the next 20 years and perform 500 hours of community service. Wait a minute! A sex offender? How is she a sex offender? How is this even sexual abuse? First of all, do we think that her sentencing is a little harsh? The boy was 17-years-old. In most, if not all states, that's old enough to drive. If you're old enough to drive, you're old enough to make your own decisions. The boy chose to have an affair with his teacher. Why is Mrs. Conners being brutally punished for this? If you ask me, this was sex between two consenting adults. She's no sex offender. Conners, a former business and communications teacher, has been married for more than a decade to Brian Conners, the principal of a nearby junior high school, who reportedly stood by her in court during her June hearing. That's nice, but I would've dumped her right after for having an affair. 

Conner's story was similar to another Kentucky high school teacher, who was caught having sex with a student. 26-year-old Sarah Jones, a former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader, is being accused of having an affair with a student at the school where she worked as an English teacher and cheerleading coach. Sounds and looks like another dummy to me! I have to ask again, though; where the hell were these teachers when we were in school?
