Before
I tell you about this truly odd story out of Montana, I wanted to tell you the
outcome of that teacher from Texas, whom I wrote about last week. You know the
one who had group sex with four of her students? Well, she got slapped with
five years in jail and it turns out that the reason why her husband was okay
with the group sex thing was because they were into it as a couple, so he
deemed it okay for her to do. What the hell is wrong with people?
Anyway,
onto the next story, which will probably raise the same question? So, a beauty
school instructor at Dahl's College of Beauty in Great Falls, Montana allegedly
forced students to cut her pubic hair with trimmers that were later used on
customers. Okay, I'm sorry. As I wrote that I just chuckled out loud. That is
too damn funny! That's not all though! She also exposed her butt cheeks and
asked students to examine her boil to see if it could be removed. Okay, now I
just almost vomited in my mouth. That is absolutely gross! Well, the school
found this behavior inappropriate, and expelled 'nearly all of the students'
without a refund of their $9,950 tuition.
Seventeen
female plaintiffs are now suing the beauty school owners, Douglas and Barbara
Daughenbaugh. The women are accusing the beauty school of not addressing sexual
harassment charges and unjustly taking their money. The women are seeking
punitive damages for unjust enrichment, unfair trade, wrongful discharge,
breach of contract and sexual harassment. The Defendant has established Dahl's
as a total scam. They accepted tuition and fees and federal student financial
aid from students while not providing an education, resulting in substantial
profits and 'ill-gotten' gains to Defendants.
Aside
from the bizarre demands, the instructors allegedly neglected teaching duties
to sleep, surf the Web and conducted personal affairs. They supposedly left
their responsibilities to unlicensed students. Obviously, the oddest part of
this whole complaint is the teacher's indecent exposure, where she publicly
exposed her genitals, exposing her butt cheeks and requested students to
examine her boil to see if it could be extracted, requiring students to wax her
no-no area, using trimmers and wax on her pubes that were then used on other
customers. Wouldn't that make this a public health issue as well?
Personally,
I think this story is hilarious! I think the real story here is that the
owners, Douglas and Barbara Daughenbaugh, really don't know their employees.
Especially since they've been getting away with sleeping on the job, handling
personal business, and now this? Up to seventeen girls are suing for their
tuition back? This school won't be around after this trial. That's just what I
think.
