Okay,
many of you know that in the past, I've painfully written about women cutting
men's penises off and trust me, those blogs were not easy to write. Today, I
have one to make my female readers squirm a little bit. You see, this time, I
will be writing about a Spanish man who assaulted his wife by biting off her
clitoris. It's not so funny anymore, is it, ladies? That's right! Edwin Osiris
C.R. from L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain, bit off part of his wife's clitoris
during sex and his punishment is five years jail time, he must stay away from
the woman for six years and he has to pay her 21,000 euros, which is almost
$28,000 in US money.
Osiris
was found guilty of assaulting his wife of 12 years at their L'Hospitalet de
Llobregat home in Spain on March 6, 2012. The Court of Barcelona heard how
Osiris, who shares two children with the woman, sunk his teeth into her
genitals. Despite her blood-curdling screams, he tore out part of her clitoris
and one of her labia, and spat them out onto the floor. For the love of God,
this sounds like a really bad horror movie! These Europeans are sick! Osiris
fled home shortly after the attack and tried to leave the country, but was
tracked down pretty quickly by Catalonia's Mossos police in the town of Lleida.
A
judge acquitted Osiris of sexual assault since it could not be proved that the
sex was not consensual. A charge of genital mutilation was also not considered
because his wife still had at least some feeling and "function" of
her private parts after the attack, but he was found guilty of causing injury.
Is this a joke? So, in Spain, if it was the other way around and the woman cut
off just the tip of his penis, but it still kind of had feeling and can almost
still work, she won't get charged with genital mutilation? How is this
possible? The poor guy would be spraying his piss all over the place. As for
her, she might have feeling down there, but sex will never feel the same again
for the poor woman. This whole thing is very disturbing and in a way
horrific.
Osiris
received a five-year jail term. He has also been banned from going 1,000 feet
near his wife, who did not testify at the trial because her whereabouts are
currently unknown, and he must pay her 21,000 euros in compensation. If you ask
me, Osiris got off very lightly. He's a sick man, who obviously should be
psychologically evaluated as well. It sounds to me that you can virtually get
away with anything in Spain!
