I've
been reading and writing a lot about these high school cases, and each story
about these high school students keeps getting worse! I don't ever remember
high school ever being this bad. Here's a story out of Fontana, California,
where a teenager had to appear in court for allegedly sodomizing two students
in separate incidents. After
the teens sentence, there is footage of him crying "get me out of
here" as he was led away from his family by bailiffs.
What
did he do? I'm happy you asked! 18-year-old, Fernando Salgado (pictured above),
was one of four students at A.B. Miller High School, in Fontana, California,
who were arrested in the attempted sodomy of another student with a steel rebar
while the other three students, who were all minors, held the boy down and
removed his pants. Okay, what would possess anyone, child or not, to do
something as atrocious as this?

The
alleged incidents both took place in the same summer school masonry class
taught by Emmanuel Delarosa, who was originally arrested and charged with child
cruelty after he was accused of knowing about the hazing and supposedly ordered
one of the attacks. One former student came forward and said that hazing were
common in Delarosa's classes. After further investigation, Delarosa was charged
with two counts of felony attempted sexual penetration by a foreign object on a
minor over 14 and two counts of felony false imprisonment by violence. If
convicted, Salgado and Delarosa can face a pretty hefty prison sentence and
would also be required to register as sex offenders wherever they go.
Delarosa
posted $100,000 bail and was released until his July 7 arraignment, while
Salgado's bail was set at $300,000, and had apparently been posted as well.
He's due to return to court on July 9. I don't know about you, but it sure
sounds like they committed the crime. So, why is their friends and family
acting like that didn't do anything wrong? Is there surveillance footage?
Where's the proof that this actually happened? The only reason why I say that
it did happen is because it happened on two separate occasions, but it was the
same crime. Only two different weapons were used for the sodomy. What do you
think? Did they do it or didn't they?
i am a emmanuel delarosas sister and i know for a fact this story is false not just because i am the sister but because i have done the homework and have been to the school where all the students from his class have signed saying he was innocent as well as saying fernando delgado is innocent because it was horse play and that no one at all has had that really happen to the so called victim who is actually a student who did it to other students in the class... now for you and everyone else who think they know and can judge off mere accusations heres the story painted for you... a teacher gone from monday to thursday and a sub who is present during this week that everything supposeably happened now the subs there who can careless what students do so they mess around all week and could careless what they do so they run a little wild and than mr.d returns friday to see the class acting up and the student who is the "victim" playing around who was kicked out the week before and after a scene his mother had at the school was let back in his class he kicks him out again because he obviously didnt learn now he goes home to his mom who obviously is crazy out of fear what do you think he tells the mom ....hmmm let see how about umm mom he kicked me out because the kids did this to me and thats y the mom obviously pissed than see the story as a money sign takes it to the extent of saying this happened this way because truth be told none of the students straight out said it happened that way now think if this happened to u would u sit there quiet? or would you be quiet and allow it to happen? i know id be screaming and with about 30 kids in that cass someone would have heard and cried for help or have halped him as well as y didnt the police follow up as soon as they heard about this and question everyone in the class why is it that half of the class still has not been questioned? they wrongfully accused all these kids who were all so called victims of horse play and the victim did this to other kids and not even in the way the mom and lawyer are trying to make it now the question i asked is why didnt the sub say something.... a student told me straight out that fools cool he seen us and didnt care but we dont want to rat him out....hmmm now is this a shame a good teacher with students and us family who know his character and are supporting hom and know the truth from kids who were there now this is the real story since the media and people are so quick to believe rumors now i ask u when the truth comes out and its all said and done and he and the kids are not guilty you rewrite this and make sure u state how crazy it is what money will do to people and how easy they r willing to detroy and life and make sure you write through christ who strengthens us he is why we all will make it through and the truth will be told!!

ReplyDeleteThis was a horrific act and all the justification in the world as written by the "sister' is null and void! And I don't want to be mean, but if you're going to write ANYTHING publicly, make sure you know HOW TO before you do!!
